Q. What is Rewards Network Dining For Miles?
A. Northwest Airlines offers Rewards Network Dining For Miles to provide frequent flyers with additional opportunities to earn WorldPerks miles toward award tickets. It is an easy and discreet dining program where you can earn mileage benefits at thousands of participating restaurants throughout the U.S. and in Canada.
Q. Who can join Rewards Network Dining For Miles?
A. You must be a U.S. resident to enroll. All you need is your WorldPerks number and a major credit or debit card! Fill out some quick information on our enrollment page. Then just find a participating restaurant nearby and dine when miles are being offered to earn WorldPerks miles. WorldPerks Visa card holders are automatically enrolled.
Q. Is there a fee to join?
A. There is no fee to join. Dining For Miles is a free program which allows WorldPerks members to earn WorldPerks miles by dining at participating restaurants.
Q. How do I enroll?
A. Enroll online by completing the enrollment form. The form includes setting up a Login ID and Password so that you'll be able to log in to the web site to earn maximum mileage awards. If you prefer, you can also enroll in Dining For Miles over the phone by calling 1-800-818-2040. Only when you log in with your Login ID and Password will you be able to see the number of miles you'll earn. Only when you provide a valid, deliverable email address and sign up to receive email updates will you earn 3 miles or more per dollar spent. It is each individual member's responsibility to manage their account and confirm that all credit or debit cards registered are associated with the correct Dining For Miles account. This includes cards that may be registered both directly by you via phone and/or online as well as cards Rewards Network may receive indirectly as a result of an embedded benefit of an affinity-issued credit and/or debit card. In order to ensure that your qualified transactions using your various cards are aggregated for purposes of determining your membership tier, you may need to contact Member Services to ask that your card accounts be linked for purposes of aggregating qualified transactions. U.S. Bank WorldPerks Visa® Cardholders (WorldPerks Visa Platinum Card, WorldPerks Visa Signature Card, WorldPerks Visa Business Card, WorldPerks Visa Check Card) are automatically enrolled in Dining For Miles. As such, these cardholders are entitled to this free benefit in addition to the miles they already receive from their WorldPerks Visa Cards*.
*Note: If you have previously notified U.S. Bank that you do not wish to participate in this complimentary program, your WorldPerks Visa Card has not been enrolled in Rewards Network Dining For Miles. To re-activate the membership, call 1-800-818-2040.
Q. What information do I need to provide to join and begin earning miles?
A. When you enroll you need to provide your name, address, email address, WorldPerks number, and at least one credit/debit card. To complete enrollment, you must set up your account, which includes creating a Login ID and Password. (Members enrolling online are given the opportunity to opt out of receiving promotional email communications; however if you opt out, you will only earn 1 WorldPerks mile per dining dollar spent.)
Q. Why do I have to register a credit/debit card?
A. Our goal with Dining For Miles is to provide you with an easy-to-use, automatic awards process that is also totally discreet. Rewards Network has special technology that recognizes the use of a credit/debit card you've registered with Dining For Miles so that we can then credit your WorldPerks account with the correct mileage awards. Q. How do I register additional credit/debit cards?
A. You can add or change credit/debit cards as well as all of your other personal membership information by logging in and selecting the "My Account" section of this site. When you are logged in, you will find the link to the "My Account" page on the left navigation bar of the Dining For Miles web site. You can register up to five (5) credit/debit cards with Dining For Miles.
Q. Why do I need to create a Login ID and Password?
A. Creating a Login ID and Password allows you to log in to our web site. You must be logged in to see the miles offered and to access our full list of participating restaurants across the U.S. and in Canada. Q. Do participating restaurants offer members a full range of cuisine choices?
A. Yes. Dining For Miles offers dozens of cuisine categories. Cuisine categories are listed alphabetically, and Search Results can be sorted to include only specific cuisines of interest to you for your upcoming plans. There's even a separate category for Bars & Clubs. When searching for benefits, just select your cuisine of choice – including Bars & Clubs – to find a location in the area that meets your needs.
Q. Will I earn WorldPerks miles at Bars & Clubs, too?
A. Yes. Visiting participating Bars & Clubs works exactly the same way as visiting a participating restaurant. Benefits are completely discreet and you'll earn mileage awards on the whole bill – tax and tip included – when you pay with a registered card during a valid awards period. Just log in with your Login ID and Password to see the benefits schedule and mileage awards offered.

A. Establishments in this category include everything from trendy martini and wine bars, to music, comedy and late-night dance clubs. A. Absolutely! In fact, we make it easy to rate all your visits to participating establishments. Simply log in to our web site and go to the "My Rewards" page in the "My Account" section. Then click on "Rate your dining experience" next to each transaction. Your survey feedback will be incorporated into our member ratings, which are displayed on the Restaurant Details page for each participating restaurant. You must have a qualified transaction at a particular restaurant before you are eligible to complete the survey.

A. You must log in to our web site to check on the mileage awards available for each participating restaurant. Dining For Miles is based on a tiered benefit structure, so if you have provided a valid, deliverable email address and signed up to receive email updates, the more you dine, the more WorldPerks miles you can earn. Q. Do all restaurants in the program offer mileage awards every day?
A. Most participating restaurants in the Dining For Miles program offer WorldPerks miles every day they are open. In addition to these restaurants, Dining For Miles has another category of restaurants that offers WorldPerks miles on certain days of the week, certain visits or certain times of day. The Dining For Miles web site lists the specific mileage awards being offered for all participating restaurants and any restrictions.
Q. Is there a limit on the amount of WorldPerks miles I can earn at participating restaurants?
A. At most participating restaurants, you will earn WorldPerks miles on the first visit to each restaurant each month. Some restaurants offer mileage awards only on certain days of the week. times of the day, or to a maximum spending amount per month. To learn about the WorldPerks miles offered at a specific restaurant, check the "Dining Guidelines for this Restaurant" on the restaurant's "Details" page.
Q. Can I still earn benefits if I'm using a coupon?
A. Rewards Network Dining for Miles benefits are not available when used with coupons, other dining programs, discount cards or restaurant promotions. Additionally, benefits may not be awarded for planned events such as large business functions or parties where a special pricing has been negotiated directly with the restaurant, if you do not have prior consent from the restaurant to receive your benefits. You may contact Rewards Network Dining for Miles Member Services for assistance with plans for large functions.
Q. Can I earn WorldPerks miles when I invite guests?
A. Yes. You earn WorldPerks miles based on the amount of your total dining bill - including food, drinks, tax and tip. Simply make sure to pay your bill with a credit/debit card registered with Rewards Network Dining For Miles.
Q. I dined the other day. How do I know I received my WorldPerks miles?
A. You can check all your dining transactions and the WorldPerks miles you earned for each qualified dine at nwa.rewardsnetwork.com on the "My Rewards" page in your "My Account" section once you log in. In addition, a dining confirmation will be sent to the email address you have provided generally within 3 - 5 days of your dine. If you do not see your WorldPerks miles posted on the nwa.rewardsnetwork.com web site and it has been more than 10 days since the date of your dine, contact Member Services at 1-800-818-2040. Please have available the credit/debit card receipt for the dine in question before you call. Your WorldPerks miles will be awarded to your WorldPerks account generally within 6 - 8 weeks of your qualified dine.
